I just spotted you are on a managed wordpress server. That does not work with GD, the caching is too agressive, that is the reason for all your troubles. See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp
This is a problem with the GD core plugin and already fixed in the next update.
What I mean is that it is not an admin account.
