I tested now a bit more, and I can confirm that my test site behaves exactly like Konstantinos describes. So it seems to be a bug with the latest versions.
Using 1.5.9 core and 0.0.6 franchise, it all behaves correctly.

1. If you have 2 plans that allow franchises, both plans will show. When switching between the plans the Add Listing stays a Franchise Add Listing page.
2. If you have one plan that allows franchises and another one that does not, when switching to the non-franchise plan, the form will reset to a normal Add Listing page.

In any case, all franchises should be added to the main listing using the same plan, and no plans should indeed show.

You did not have a default location set.

Do you have any other recaptcha plugin or part of the theme?
Post your URL and admin details if we need to have a look at your settings.

Are you adding the correct CPT in the post_type column?
Did you add that CPT at GD > General > General tab > Select CPT to disable physical location

You can upload the CSV with empty post_content.

Post URL and WP admin details and a copy of the CSV file in a private reply if we need to have a check.

You cannot disable the category/listings page.
