A neighborhood is a smaller part of a city, and you need to assign listings to that neighborhood before they will show up there.

2. Multilocation is for at least two cities, in the same region, or not; the same country or not.
You can use GD for one city only, or for one region only, or for one country only.
You can even use it for two cities only in different countries if you like.
Your choice.
