Does that also happen if you turn off the CDN rewrite? Your images are stored on another server.
I cannot recreate this, so I think it would have something to do with that.I’ll get the others to have a look at your issue too.
Those login details are not working for me, so can you please check.
License are only for updating, so there should be no problem if you would choose to change the type of license.
But all plugins have to be of the same “batch”, you cannot mix and match older with newer plugins.I think the limit is a server issue, I’ll get Paolo to look at that question for you too.

Every listings needs a complete address, but you can use generic data for the street address as you did in your example.
