With the Prices and Payments addon, you can have “featured” listings, which are like premium listings and can be made “sticky”.

Maybe just edit the description in the email custom field, telling your users that the email is only used for the “send enquiry” form. And add instructions as to how to change their login email.

A franchise has to be added from the main listing.That is the username displayed. If you choose a normal username instead of an email address as username, you should not have that trouble.

Plugins like WooCommerce and GD use their own packages, there is no easy solution for what you want.
No, that is not possible, sorry. That would require a lot of customization.
