But that is not the problem here.You have 62 active plugins. I suggest you de-activate all the ones you are not using first, see if that fixes it.
Then de-activate the ones you don’t really need.
You’ll find your site running faster too.

“category icon” is what is used to mark the listing on the map, and to put in front of the category in category lists. See image.
I think what you call a “custom map marker” is exactly the same.

The “Sitio o Negocio Categories” option is added by some other plugin you use.Can you try disabling your plugins that change your normal category behavior, like Simple Taxonomy and Parent Category Toggler ?
If you want to use flags, you need to apply different CSS code for each language you added as a checkbox custom field. Look for the CSS code for the “pool” field at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/custom-field-examples/
If you want to use the multiselect, then follow Paolo’s suggestion.

A franchise will have the link to add a franchise, but it will be a franchised of the main listing.
Your “Screen options” in “edit listing pages does not work, some plugin conflict I guess. Normally you can add the franchise options in the sidebar there:

Locking fields by the main listing owner should exactly do that, yours is working exactly the opposite.
There must be one of your other plugins interfering. The franchise tab should be there as well in the main listing. All I can suggest is to start de-activating all other plugins one by one, until things start working: the “screen options”, locking the correct fields instead of the reverse, and the tab.
Set up a basic test site with only GD plugins and you should see it works correctly.
The location in the CSV file is not the same as your default location, and you are not using the multilocation addon.
