I changed your GD Permalinks, they were set to only show the city in the URL, but you are using regions and cities.
Does it now work as expected?You are missing the first column (post_id) and you do not have any dates or times for your events.
I note that the sample Event CSV does not have a post_id column which is an error I think – I’ll check for you.
Go to GD > Custom Post Types and edit “Order in post type list” for each CPT.
Updating any plugin should not affect any WP posts at all.
Something else must have happened.

You should use a logo that is not bigger than the expected width of the screen if possible, or use that image as the background for the header, rather than as a logo.
You can add a link to /location/me in the WordPress menu. The location/me page always resets the location to everywhere, except for the “me” page.

The default location is the location used by the core plugin.
If you want to add listings outside the default location, you need the Multilocations addon.
There is no need to add any locations; they will be added as you or users add listings.

That should be set to “Add location slug in listing urls” and then select one of the options.Can you post your admin details please so we can investigate.
You can just overwrite the files using FTP.
Is core trying to update to 1.4.2? 1.4.2 is not available anymore …
Also, you always need to use the matching versions, ie all the last ones. You should not mix and match old addons and new ones.When do you get that? Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can have a look.
