You can create admin-only custom fields, or create a package but then hide it from the add-listing pages. It depends a bit what you want to achieve: should the users be able to edit their listing?

1) The sidebars are not the same width.
List view is not really designed for sidebars but for content areas.
The “distorted” page is not a GD template, so you would need to customize your CSS to make it the same. Both pages are using different classes for the sidebar.

2) GD > Advanced Search > Ask user if they wish to be geolocated > NO

Do you have any organizations in the trash? Your admin area does not show your trash area, so I cannot check. How are you hiding the posts trash? Can you de-activate your non-GD plugins until the trash shows again?
