Is there any way to set the location to everywhere as default?
GD > Multilocations > Home Page Results > Show everywhere location results on home page (First time only, if geodirectory home page is your site home page and user comes to home page). > YESIs there any way to lock the map or move it to the bottom of the listings just for the mobile view?
Can you explain a bit better? Do you mean the map of the detail page? URL etc please.September 24, 2015 at 9:53 am in reply to: Before Review Section/New Tab/Says profile instead of details #543411. This page should get you started:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/custom-field-examples/
You can create a URL field and then style it as a “badge”.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#url2. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#fieldset
3. GD > Custom post types > edit the relevant CPT > Profile tab label > “Details”
You can hide some of it with CSS, have a look here for some hints:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/how-to-use-gd-without-street-addresses/You will need to make sure you target, so you do not hide the data everywhere.
I guess it exports with full URLs in case you want to re-upload, it needs to refer to the correct folder, ie the month the listing was created. In your case the URL was pointing to the old site.
I will have to escalate the export of special characters for you, I tested it and get the same result.
Hi Troy, that suggests you have a conflict with another plugin or theme.
Can you post your admin details and URL in a private reply so we can have a look, we cannot work of images alone.
You might also be able to fix it by turning off other plugins.Hi Paul, on the frontend you should have a “link place” option, see image.
Similar in the backend, you should find the same option in the sidebar. You might have to toggle it in screen options. If we need to have a look for you, add your URL and admin details in a private reply.
That setting has always worked like that. You should not create a category without an icon (map marker), or your listings in that category will not have be shown on the map. Let me know if I misunderstood.
That seems to be the StreetAddress. You need to adjust the street address to just “EasyWays”, by editing the listing.
That is not quite as expected, I’ll get Paolo to have a look at that.
As soon you have 2 or more listings, it will zoom differently.1. You need to set your permalinks to postname:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames2. Same as 1
3. Was it an existing website? Did you set Search Engine Visibility correctly at Settings > Reading?
Welcome, Harrison
The “popular categories” banner is the the “popular categories” widget in the GD HOME TOP section at Appearance > widgets.
Add something like this to your css:
#geodir-wrapper { width: 1040px; margin: auto; }Let us know how you went.
Your images should just have the filename, and then you need to upload them to the correct folder as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#images
All your links to the images in the CSV refer to the old site.Export your events CSV and then compare the columns: you are missing quite a few columns, relevant to your dates.
You had selected the same page for more than one permalink at GD > permalinks.
I turned off your Supercacher.
I added the GD Listings Map widget to your GD Listings top section, that adds the map to
