There is no option for that. Users will register with a different email address again anyway if they are desperate enough.

Unless you have the location manager installed, you cannot upload outside your default location.
It looks like you added extra columns that are not related to your GD setup.
Add one listing on your site, export the CSV and compare your columns. They have to match.
ThanksHave you tried exporting the listings, delete the image references, and re-import? Make sure to overwrite existing post IDs.

Upload the file to your website and give us a link, or ZIP the file and add it here again. Best practice is to create the files using LibreOffice in the first place.

It depends what data you want to add. Most look like TEXT fields may be the best idea.
You probably find some ready ones at Places > Settings > Custom Fields tab > Predefined Fields
