You probably have this setting:
Places (or other CPT) > Settings > Custom Fields > Phone field > Show in extra output location > Listings page.That setting will add the phone number to the [gd_output_location location=’listing’] section.

Are you using V2? That shortcode is not valid in V2, only in V1.
V2 uses the standard WP login and registration, but with UsersWP you can customize the user registration and dashboard experience:

I think what Stiofan means, that as part of the listing, the timezone can be adjusted depending on the location of the listing, see image.
It can also be adjusted by admin in the backend by editing the listing.What is your setting at WP Settings > General > Timezone?
