I am not sure which Get Directions button you mean but one of those CSS codes should do the trick:

You can also try this setting “Enable v4 shims compatibility”.
Your theme is still using older versions “fa”, so updating the theme may also work if it is current.

Or change the icon references in the custom fields.

That does not work with V2.
Try using UsersWP, that has redirect settings built in.

I guess the issue is related because you are redirecting pages, like https://internationaltherapistdirectory.com/france/ is redirected to https://internationaltherapistdirectory.com/location/france-1/

Or you are having links somewhere to pages like or you are having links somewhere, like https://internationaltherapistdirectory.com/france/ and WP redirects that automatically to https://internationaltherapistdirectory.com/location/france-1/

And you have incorrect locations:
https://internationaltherapistdirectory.com/location/france-1/all/

It can take a while for Google to re-crawl your site and update its database, so if you changed the meta data only recently, you may have to check later.
