You also have other issues, your links to category pages etc do not work. Most likely a permalinks issue.

You have this CSS as part of your theme:

I added this CSS to your custom CSS to over-write that:

.geodir_post_meta i {display: initial !important;}

To change from tabs to list, I changed the shortcode in the GD Details template from

[gd_single_tabs]

to

[gd_single_tabs show_as_list="1"]

Your GD Core version is 1.6.38 which is a V1 version.
You are trying to update to a V2 version of Location Manager.
You should convert your site first: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/ or not update because your Location Manager is on the current V1 version which is 1.5.63
