You need to add that as a widget or shortcode. It is not available as a custom field, it looks like you tried to create that yourself?
I added it as a widget.All looks fine to me. See image.
Lots of those things are affected by other plugins or your theme, but most likely not in your case. I am not sure why you have this issue because I cannot replicate it on my test site, but the developers will have a look at your reports in case something needs to be fixed for upcoming versions.
