No that is not possible, you can only search one CPT at the same time.
But if you add the Location Switcher, then visitors can navigate/browse to the Location page for that province and all listings for that province across all CPTs can be shown on that page.

If you link hotels CPT to the Activities CPT, a rural hotel owner can select activities he wants to add on his detail page in an extra tab. But the distance to the hotel cannot be added.
Same thing can be applied in reverse.

The pages do not come from the theme but from the GeoDirectory plugin.

The article at https://wpgeodirectory.com/geodirectory-v2-design-customization/ explains why things may be a bit confusing, we are in the middle of rolling out the new version.

Then you can add all extra addons at GD > Extensions.
