I don’t think there is an issue with WP Rocket, it is Plugin Organizer that is the problem.
I just turned off WP Rocket because trying to find solutions is simpler without caching turned on.So we are all good now 🙂 ?

“visibility options” are a jetpack feature, you could ask support there.
Click on the advanced options to get the CPT categories, see images.
Sorry, but there is estimate yet for when Whoop V2 will be ready.
Switching themes usually requires a few little tweaks, like checking menus and widgets, but overall should be not too much hassle.

BuddyPress should not give that problem, it must be a combination with something else.
What other plugins are you running?

And the reason there are only 2 categories showing on the main page, is because there are no listings in any other categories yet. Empty categories do not show in that widget.
You cannot select which categories you use in the GD Categories widget.
In the menu, you need to choose from the GD Custom Post Types, see images.
