Copying tables from one database to another will normally not work. Database tables need to be created from the WP admin area to make sure all the connections are made between various tables.
The “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons” error is a WP error, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/cant-import-csv-3/#post-458923
Please post URL and WP Admin details of both sites. You might have done this before, but there are 5 pages now of changing details, so please post all the relevant current URLs and WP admin details if you need us to have a closer look at anything.

Please post URL and WP Admin details of both sites you are exporting from and importing to.
Or compare an export from both sites, and compare the columns. Then compare all custom fields and category IDs.

ThanksExporting listings and importing into another site will only work if all the same categories and custom fields are already created exactly the same, and it has the same default location [if you do not use Location Manager]. I don’t know if that is the case.
