Every listing needs to be in at least one category. It looks like you deleted or changed some categories, with the result that some listings have no category left.

I am guessing you have justified the text “Review text”?
Can you explain what you mean with “I had some custom work performed for custom type functionality. The data isn’t flowing through.” Has any code been added or modified? Where can we find that?

You can try this CSS:
.woocommerce-page .featured-img {background-image: url(https://inbexhill.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/161937-gestion-tienda-fisica-y-online.jpg) !important;}That will add that image to all WooCommerce pages though, your shop page does not get it post_ID assigned to the body classes, which is how it normally works I thought.
They are not required for V2. V2 should work with any proper theme out of the box.
