The resize option is at GD > Design > Home tab

Resize image large size:
GD scales any images uploaded to a listing, to a maximum size of 800 x 800 pixels.
Checking the box here will change that scaling to a a maximum size of 1024 x 1024 pixels [or other size set at WP Settings > Media > Large size.

About an hour or less for someone who knows GD, and if you have WP and a theme installed.
That is assuming that it is a straight forward installation, where there is no conflict with anything already installed.

Those screenshots are showing you added the ratings to the sort order [sort listings], that is not where you change the order of the display [move custom fields].
You cannot change where the rating stars show in the sidebar without some coding.
