The second campaign is not a GD post type so that cannot be linked; that is just a custom field. See images.

I just tried the same without any problem, see sidebar of the listing.

You need to set the address correctly, please check now.
Drag the marker to make sure the API gets the right region and city.

Use the GD export from V1, rework the CSV file and import into the V2 site.
Download your /wp-content/uploads folder from the V1 site and upload to the V2 site.

You would have to do that with CSS, that is how it is done in V1 too.

The default GD search is not an IN search, but a search NEAR THE CENTER OF.
For example, assuming your search area is set to 40 square miles:
If you enter World Trade Center, you will get listings around that building.
If you enter United States, you will get listings somewhere around Buffalo in Kansas, because that is where Google situates the center of the United States.
If you enter California, you will get listings somewhere in the Sierra National Forest.

The link Alex gave is the Recaptcha plugin used inside GD: GD > Recaptcha.
If you cannot see it on your registration or login page, then you most likely are not using GD’s registration and login page.
You will need a recaptcha plugin that works with your registration.
The GD recaptcha will work with Buddypress if you use the GD Buddypress integration.

And the UsersWP addon will work if you are using UsersWp: https://userswp.io/downloads/recaptcha/
