Be aware that you cannot mix and match the existing stable plugins [V1] with the beta plugins [V2].

I am guessing you have multiple plugins [or theme] where you have added different keys.

You can link directly to any package like this:
/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=1

That will automatically show a “customised” Add Listing page for the relevant package.
Change the CPT and package ID as required.

You probably want to hide the package choices then with CSS:

.geodir_price_package_row {display: none;}

The large banner is the large image you used as a map marker icon for the club listing category: http://brazilianjiujitsu.ie/places/club-listing/
Your icons should be about 30 to 50 pixels high and wide.

There does not seem to be a possibility to re-order the CPTs in the favorites section.

There also is no option to un-favorite all at the same time.
