You can edit the “Title to be display while add listing” for each listing, you can add HTML there too.

Or you can add your pricing table to the top of the Add Listing page, and link direct to the packages like http://www.dogsportscanada.ca/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=1 etc
