Thanks for letting us know
You can do that with the Pricing Manager: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/pricing-manager/
You can allow or dis-allow some categories by just selecting them in the packages created using that addon.
ThanksThanks for letting us know, we’ll fix that ASAP.
There is no need to IMPORT anything.
Just select DIVI from that drop down and then SAVE the page at the bottom.Importing settings is only for people that want to export settings from one site to another.
Let us know.
December 28, 2017 at 10:53 pm in reply to: change the directory search bar to a drop down of listings instead #410772You can’t without customization, but you can get that field to suggest listings as people search.
You will need the Advanced Search addon, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#search for more informationYou can test it here: https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/
Start typing “bes” in the “search for” field. And more info about the GD search at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/
Thanks
You need to inspect the code of that page as explained here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
And then adjust some of the CSS styling.
Images cannot be inspected for code, so if you are not having any luck after trying to fix it, post your URL here. You can do that in a private message if you like.
ThanksHi Simon, I cannot see any issue at all. I exported some businesses and re-imported them without any problem.
What is exactly the problem you are having? You’re welcome 🙂
Sorry, that is not possible, it uses the title of the listing, and it does not really know what is in the title. The only option would be to change the listing titles to “Lastname, Firstname”.
To add links to categories in the main menu, go to Appearance > Menu and add your links there.
ThanksThat should be
list_sort=azI updated the documentation to make it clearer: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listings
Thanks
To feature listings, you will need the Pricing Manager addon: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/pricing-manager/
Your theme CSS was hiding the selections if you select from the location suggestions.
I added some CSS at GD > Design > ScriptsThis is a bit of a workaround:
Create a new page with this shortcode:
[gd_listings favorites_by_user='' show_favorites_only=1]Then link to that page from the menu: the page will only show the favorites of the currently logged in user.
