How do you update? There should be no change to anything, unless you made changes to any of the core files which you never should do.
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/Thanks
Joy is correct 🙂
It all depends which theme you are using.
If you are using Supreme or Directory Starter, have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-change-the-footer-text-in-supreme/
Otherwise, there may be options in your theme.
Thanks
Yes, please add URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.
Also, add details of the listing in question we need to review. Thanks
The “Send Enquiry” link is triggered by the default “Email” custom field.
Changing a setting in a price package may require re-publishing or re-setting WP permalinks before you will see the changes on the listings. Thanks
Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#listings
GD > Design > Listings tab > Description word limit
PS: the actual FULL PAGE LISTING is called the Detail page, and settings for those pages are at GD > Design > Detail tab
Thanks
Looks fine to me … ?
But what you describe usually happens if your widths for the sections at
GD > Design > Home tab
are too big and add up to more than 100% including the margins between the sections.See more at

I’ll get a developer to have a closer look for you.

ThanksThat all depends on what plugins and settings you are using for registration.
Make sure to use the latest plugin updates.
Please post URL and WP admin details of the site in question in a private reply so we can have a look. Thanks
1. I guess you mean you created listings in the backend and assigned a recurring package to them.
Because the payment plan is not agreed to from the frontend, there is no contract set up with the payment gateway, and nothing will happen.Recurring contracts need to be entered into by users from the frontend, for things to work. You cannot do that on a user’s behalf.
2. If a user agrees to a recurring contract, then they will get confirmation and an invoice for each payment made. Admin will get confirmation that a listing is added and the user has paid the first time, and each time admin will get notification of the monthly payment.
If you create listings for other businesses, best practice is to create a free package and use that for admin added listings, and then use the Claim Listings addon to force business owners to upgrade to your paid packages.
Thanks
1 and 2: see Joy’s reply [thanks, Joy]
3. Unless your theme is Supreme, 800×600 is the recommended size.
There is no need for users to resize, the system will do that for you if you un-tick this setting:
GD > Design > Home > Resize image large sizeSee also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#resize-image
Thanks
I think that can happen if they are very old plugins, but that should not happen if your versions are the latest ones. Let us know if it is an issue in the future still.
Congrats on going live !!
You can change the admin address at WP Settings > General > Email Address
Thanks
Disregarding 🙂
