January 11, 2020 at 11:07 pm in reply to: PayPal Subscription cancelled, expiration not changing #525219
It is only the renewal that gets cancelled. The already paid for the full current term, so they are entitled to that.
(I am guessing you canceled it at PayPal)Thanks
I think you mean that the Search Results page does not show results?
https://vanrentalsnearme.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=van&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=Do you have the default content on that page?
GD > Settings > General tab > Pages sub-tab > Search page > EditIf we need to check your settings, then post your WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look if you like.
Thanks
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look if you like.
It is not too late to run the setup wizard if you did not do that already: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/setup-wizard/Thanks
It still requires them to go to PayPal and to agree to the subscription.
If they do not complete the step, the listing will stay as “pending”.
You should not approve listings without checking they actually went to PayPal and agreed to the subscription. If you do, then basically you give them a free listing without a subscription. Thanks
Thanks for letting us know.

Thanks

January 11, 2020 at 3:53 am in reply to: Search Page Title & Custom Fields, Search Page Elementor #525149It works fine in the theme sidebar, but doesn’t seem to work in an Elementor container using the GD Search widget.
Use shortcodes instead:
[gd_search customize_filters="always"]Displaying which filters are applied to search results, such as ‘results filtered by:…’ would be helpful – again I can’t see a way to do that.
GD > Settings > General tab > Search sub-tab >
Display searched parameters with title? > YESThanks
1. Add
new_window='1'to the shortcode.
You can use the setting from the shortcode builder, see image.2. I guess there is to much text in the badges to display, but you should be able to change that also with CSS if it is not the number of characters in the badge. We would need to see the page in question in order to inspect the CSS.

Yes, data will disappear while a plugin is de-activated and come back when you re-activate the plugin.
ThanksPlease share WP Admin credentials in a private reply and we can check into it.
For events use
.single-gd_event .featured-area h1.entry-title {}Thanks
