You should not add anything to the location page at WP Pages.
There is no location page for any city, all location pages are templates filled by database content.
You should only use widgets: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
Do NOT use “edit page” in the admin bar for GD pages when browsing from the frontend.

If you add anything to the location page at WP Pages, you are adding it to ALL location pages.

You have disabled addresses and maps for the only CPT you have at GD > General > Select CPT to disable physical location.
So that turns off all the maps for those listings.
Also, you have no map widget added to the GD Listings sections: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory

You will need to get a third party membership plugin, GD does not have a membership plugin.

Yes, with some customization using a membership plugin, but not just with GD.
You could also use some CSS, adjust as required:

.geodir_email {display: none}
.logged-in .geodir_email {display: initial}
