I think you misunderstood me. The street address is a required field and you should not make the complete address requirement optional.
But you can create an additional CPT that doesn’t require as addresses for any listing in that CPT.

The GD Map is not just some static HTML, and this sounds like a question for Revolution Slider.
Have you tried autozoom?

You somehow managed to delete all default Place custom fields.
I suggest to de-activate , uninstall and then reinstall.
You should have about 10 default custom fields at GD > Place Settings > Custom fields tab.
