On search page if search keyword is set then it sorts first by best match and then upcoming event.
If search keyword is not set then it sorts events by upcoming event first.Kiran
Hi Vanessa,
I have done some debugging on live & staging site. It seems something one live that conflicts with GeoDirectory.
We need to disable plugin one by one to check is is there any plugins that conflicts. On staging site this not happening so there must be site specific issue with live site.
Also i noticed some plugin menu like Locations, Post Types, Events are not visible under GeoDirectory > Settings page.Let us know do you allow to disable plugins to check more?

You used to be able to make the expiry “Never” (see screenshot). Is this possible with the new system?
If no expire date set then it will use “Never”(never expire).

And is there a way I can sort by expire date please (please see same screenshot)? It allows me to sort listings by title and date added, but not expiry date.
Currently there is no way to sort by expire date. But it will be implemented in future.

Thanks for letting us know.
I can now see the franchise settings, but it hasn’t linked the new ones I added earlier today.
Try again now, may be because of franchise fields issue it not shows linked.
how do I edit the expiry date of listings please?
Expire date cane be modified manually from backedn edit page. You have expire date field disabled, i have enabled it now.

– Hide event past schedules? TICKED
If event has no upcoming schedules then it will show past schedules otherwise it will show only upcoming schedules.– Hide event past schedules? UNTICKED
It will show all the schedulesI have updated this on your site too, please check and let us know.

Widgets like GD > Advertise, GD > Features, GD > Subscribe, GD Socail Like are no longer available in GDv2, because there are free plugins available with similar features and with some advance options.

200 miles radius filter is applied when searched by location not selected from dropdown.
If you choose location from dropdown then it filters results within specific location.
If you search zip or location or address(ex: Scarborough Beach Rd) then it filters results within 200 miles radius of search location.Kiran

It looks like cache issue. I have re-saved custom fields & packages, now franchise fields are working fine.

There is an option to show/hide past event schedules on event page.
On your site that option to hide past event schedules is ticked at GeoDirectory > Settings > Events > Hide event past schedules?Please untick to show past schedules on event page.

Hi Tracy,
There was old theme template file at /wp-content/themes/bb-theme-child/geodirectory/listing-filter-form.php.
I have updated that file to make compatible like \wp-content\plugins\geodirectory\templates\listing-filter-form.phpPlease check and let us know.
