    Hi Foster,

    I have enhanced search to filter results with category selected & tag keyword combination.

    – If I search “patio” near “detroit, mi” with “bars” selected in advance search options, I get 0 results, no records found.
    < It shows correct 17 results

    – If I search “bars patio” near “detroit, mi” with no advance option selected, I get 0 results, no records found.
    < It shows 0 results as no posts has keyword “bars patio” in title and in tag or category.

    Hi,

    I followed steps:
    1. Login – DONE
    2. Navigate to the Support page – DONE
    3. Wait for the page to load completely – DONE
    4. Hit the back button in your browser. – DONE

    Page is loading fine for me, i don’t see any error on page. Can you try after clearing browser cache?

    If possible provide us video capture, so can check what exact happening there.

    Hi Alex,

    That listing images slider is disabled for Supreme Directory. You can display back by commenting/removing following line(around page no. 251) 

    remove_action('geodir_details_main_content', 'geodir_action_details_slider', 30);

    in file WORDPRESS-ROOT/wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/inc/geodirectory-compatibility.php

    Try 

    sort_by="featured_desc"

    in [gd_listings] shortcode to show featured at top.

    Hello buymichigannow,

    Your site is running with old versions of plugins, please update them first.

    If Pricing Manager is active then image limit will be overwritten from package settings Image Limit. For “Ontario” package at /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=gd_place&page=gd_place-settings&tab=cpt-package&section=add-package&id=3 you have set unlimited image limit.

    Set Image Limit to 5 in package settings and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Overkamp,

    There is a wrong settings for “WordPress Address (URL)” & “Site Address (URL)” at WordPress Admin > Settings > General.
    “WordPress Address (URL)” contains http:// but “Site Address (URL)” contains “https://”.

    Please change “WordPress Address (URL)” to “https://” and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Tristan,

    Snippet provided in my previous post will help to render GD variables used in Rank Math SEO. Did you tried it?

    You can try this even without switching GD SEO. Try same GD variables in in Rank Math SEO. Ex: %%location_single%%

    Sorry, bounce animation is controlled by Google MAP API. We just allowed to set animation type.

    Hi Jorge,

    Expire Date field must be active from WordPress Admin > CPT(Ex: Places) > Settings > Custom Fields > Toggle “Expire Date” panel.

    Tick Active checkbox & Save.

    It will show expire date field in add/edit listing to admin users.
