    Hi adminparentland-pt,

    Do you have a staging site where i can debug by disabling non GD plugins? Because site is taking too much time for loading.

    Hi Peter,

    There was two entries “KwaZulu Natal” & “Kwazulu-Natal” for same region.

    I have corrected it, please check and let us know.

    Hi Dave,

    GPS data only used to filter results on current page if GPS set in urls, but not added to archive urls. We will consider this feature to implement in future.

    Hello,

    There could be many reasons for the site slowdown.
    – Server settings
    – Site settings
    – Plugins

    On your site there are 52 plugins are active out of 84 plugins. It is hard to decide which plugin causing slowdown(if caused buy plugin). Do you have staging site? It will help to find which plugin causing slowdown if is there caused by plugin.

    I have done some debugging and it like SQL queries taking some more time than normal. This could be reason for the slowdown. Try “Query Manager” plugin to check time taken by queries.

    Hi DAVID,

    It is not possible to add GPS location data to archive urls. Filter with GPS & categories allowed on search page, but it not attaches GPS to categories urls on the page. It only attaches country, region, city slugs to archive urls.

    Use “::” to upload multiple images for the listing.

    Ex:

    &post_images=https://mysite.com/images/image-1.jpg::https://mysite.com/images/image-2.jpg::https://mysite.com/images/image-3.jpg

    Hi David,

    I checked and found there is an error on page “You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.” when markers are not loaded on page.

    Do you have any plugin expect GeoDirectory that uses Google map?
    I can’t check plugin manager in backend due to lake of full admin access. Provide us full admin access and FTP credentials to look into more.

    This requires to run cron jobs(once in a day) to check event date and unpublish events with past dates. We have already created a task and will implement in future.

    Hi,

    Which is source language for gd_schools post type? I checked CPT slugs translation at https://www.parentland.pt/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml-translation-management%2Fmenu%2Fsettings and school category & school tags translation option both have different source(original) language.

    Also provide us FTP credentials to look into more.

    KwaZuluNatal links are also still doubling up

    Provide us a url where you seen double slugs in url.

    Company Name isn’t in the list strangely. I should have been clearer pointing out that I tried that already.

    Company Name(post_title) is searched by default search field “Type of Electrician”. This field allows autocomplete search as well for company names(post titles).
