Hi Muhammad,
I’ve just updated the GeoDirectory framework for you but I still couldn’t rule out the rating issue. Just letting you know that I’ve already assigned another member of the team to assist you with your concern.
Thanks!
Hi Victor,
That’s actually how we design the theme to work in responsive screens. We can help you to customize a little bit there. Could you tell me how do you want to footer to look like on mobile and tablet screens? Prepare a child theme and copy the footer.php over so that we could make some changes to it. http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Thanks!
Hi Joy,
May I know which browser are you using? If you’re using Google Chrome, did you allow the browser to track your location? Here’s an article that might help you. Let us know how it goes.

Hi Kerri,
Sorry to hear about the problem. Do you think you can share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look at the address issue? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Regarding your second question, it’s not possible/recommended to keep user entered data when refreshing. Even if it’s possible, it would be a bit complex and require some hands-on work, which falls outside the scope of what we offer for support.
Thanks!
Awesome. Enjoy GD and let us know if you need anything further.
Hi Victor,
I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see 3 columns in the footer. Did you manage to figure it out? If not, could you tell us a little bit more about what you’re trying to achieve?
Thanks!
Hi,

Hi John,
Kindly refer to : https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
The mo file for the core plugin must be saved in this path: /wp-content/languages/geodirectory/geodirectory-en_US.mo
For add-ons please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Joy Moleta,
Glad that worked for you. Let us know if you need anything further.
Thanks!

Hi Jorge,
Unfortunately, changing the category positions isn’t something that’s currently possible out of the box. It’s a cool idea, though, I’ll go ahead and add it to the official request list on your behalf so it can get reviewed for a future update by our development team.
Thanks!
Hi Wahidah,
Sorry, I’m not getting this. Could you please tell us what you’re trying to achieve?
Thanks!
Hi Joy,
Creating a custom button/text link to replace the widget “Near Me” button isn’t something that’s currently possible to achieve.
To style the Near Me widget button, refer to the custom CSS below. Give it a try and let us know it goes.
.geodir_near_me_button button{ color: #fff; /* Font Color */ font-size: 20px; /* Font Size */ background-color: #000; /* Background Color */ padding: 0 30px; /* Button Padding */ border-radius:6px; /* Border Radius */ }
Hi Joy,
Sorry, I’m not getting this. Could you tell us a little bit more about what you’re trying to achieve there? Also, it would be better if you could share a screenshot.
Thanks!
Hi Srikanth,
Yes, you can achieve that layout once you’ve installed the Supreme Theme. Here’re some settings that may require your attention.
1. Navigate to GD > Permalinks > GD Homepage, select a page to use, usually we create a page called GD Home on install.
2. WP > Settings > reading > frontpage set it to use that page
Let us know how it goes.
