Hi Tony,
Thanks for your post. Looks like this is related to your theme. But we’ll help where we can.
1. You can use this custom CSS code below to remove the horizontal line below the listing.
.wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator.is-style-line::before, .wp-block-coblocks-dynamic-separator.is-style-fullwidth::before { height: 0px!important; }
2. Could you share some screenshots ? not sure what you mean by this.
Hi myusername,
Thanks for your post. Could you please try generating a new Google MAP API key or check and see if you’ve setup billing on your Google MAP API account? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/google/#need-to-know

Hi OPLUS,
Thanks for your reply. You need to specify a category for your listings as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/categories/place-categories-update/#need-to-know
Hi ewan34,
Thanks for your post. Please allow me to answer your questions accordingly.
1. We are not sure which pages to edit for the main search listing page and individual listings pages? there seems to be a few default pages setup and archive templates but we are not sure which ones to edit.
Search template can be edited here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/search/ .2. Just to clarify why is there a location page https://www.freelancevideocollective.com/location/ and search page https://www.freelancevideocollective.com/search/. What are their functions and what’s the difference?
You can check out the difference here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/search/ and https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/location/3. Also how can you correctly format/layout the shortcodes to achieve different page layout styles (for the details page). Is there an article with examples to help with this?
You can refer to the article here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/details/4. Can we change the page title on the main listing page without interfering with the default endpoints (assigned for adding a listing, viewing search results etc within the menu settings).
If you’re referring to the homepage title, check out this section of the documentationIdeally we went to have https://www.freelancevideocollective.com/film-tv-directory/ for the main listing search page and then https://www.freelancevideocollective.com/film-tv-directory/company/example for individual listing pages.
You can refer to the article here so setup your directory front page https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/front/ . Then, you can change the slug here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/general/ to company if you wish to display the company on the permalink5. For some reason listings are not showing up on the map but showing below in the results on the location page (https://www.freelancevideocollective.com/location/). Also when you click on individual listings it takes you to a blank page?
We would need WP admin access here in private reply to investigate this further. Could you provide that?6.When you submit a listing it shows Country, Region and City Fields (screenshot attached). Can we remove these so someone just adds their street address and postcode or does it interfere with the locations function.
No, Country, Region and City is mandatory for a listing.7. Finally how does the whole locations function and section work within settings? why does it add a location when someone submits a listing.
You can refer to the FAQ section here that explains more about this. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/location-manager/#faqHi Sophie,
Thanks for your reply. Here you go.

Hi luca preda,
Thanks for your post. Kindly make sure that you’re using the latest version of the plugin. If it’s still not working, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and I’ll get a developer to check on this.
Hi Matthew,
Thanks for your post. This can be done using the Pricing Manager addon. Create a package and untick the “Tick to set limit for the description characters length.” as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/packages/#settings
