Thanks for your post. The “Popular Location” widget is the “GD > Listings” widget and all you have to do is to input a title as shown in the attached screenshot. Then, configure the “Sort By” to “Highest Rating”

Thanks for your post. It looks like the tooltips are not displaying on the page builder module sections. You can go to Appearance > Widgets and check out tooltips over there as a workaround while we check on this.
