I’ve just checked your Website and I can only see the “Black Background” color on the “Navigation Menu”. Not really sure if you’re referring to that. If you are, use this custom CSS to change the color.

This could be some sort of conflict with another plugin. Could you try deactivating all non-gd plugins and resave the permalinks and see if it fixes the issue there? If it doesn’t work, please share your Wp temp admin credentials here and we’ll take a look at it. Let us know how it goes.

Try using the attached transparent image instead and see if it works better. I noticed that you’ve inserted a “rating star” icon for that category.

GD plugin uses the default media upload functionality. If you’re having issues uploading media images, I’d suggest that you bring this question to the WP support forums instead as there only you’ll get the best solution. Meanwhile, there could be some type of restrictions applied on your server, so try contacting your hosting provider and ask them to check on it.

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I know what you needed there now. Unfortunately, I don’t think you can pass post_region parameter into the shortcode. Please refer to this section of the documentation as it shows you what parameters you can use https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listings . I’ve just changed the post_type to “gd_hotel” and it should now display the hotel post types.
