Hi Sarah,
Thanks for sharing the credentials. To confirm, none of us do anything to your Website yet. Could it be an issue with your hosting provider? Well, let us know when it’s back online and we’ll check on this.
Thanks!
Hi Guillaume,
Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Hi Tim,
Unfortunately, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins and I’d suggest that you bring your questions to the mapply support channels. Well, let us know if you need anything further.
Thanks!

Hi Guillaume,
Sorry, I’m not sure if I’m getting this. Could you tell us a little bit more about the problem that you’re having? Are you having issues removing the custom fields? Or probably, it would be better if you could elaborate a little bit more there.
Thanks!
Hi William,
That’s actually an overlay background color on the featured image. Could you please insert the custom CSS code below into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS and see if it removes it?
.featured-area::before { background-color: transparent; }
Thanks!
Hi Carol,
Thanks for sharing the credentials. I’ve just checked with our developer and he mentioned that it isn’t currently possible to remove the “Yes” from the checkbox. However, they mentioned that they have included a function that would allow us to remove the “Yes” text from the checkbox using filters, but that would only be available in the future release. Well, let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks!
Hi Alice,
I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Hi Kim,
I’ll try to answer your questions accordingly.
#1 If you’re referring to the links on the sidebar, that can be created using the menu widget and can be applied on the sidebar.
#2 You can create a custom Search Page by using the https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#search
It would be better if you could share your Website URL and some screenshots so that we could better guide you through. Also, try to make use of the “CPT” addon that would allow you to create a listing specifically for the physicians. https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/custom-post-types/ . Well, let us know how it goes
Thanks!
Hi JustMark,
That section below “Above the fold” is created using the text module from the Beaver Builder plugin. You can also use a text widget to achieve that, but you’ll have to style it a little bit. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi John,
Sorry about that, probably I visited the wrong link which broke the SSL. I’ve just checked your Website again and the “Near me” geolocation seems to be working fine on my end even after accepting the pop up request. Here’s the screenshot for our reference http://prntscr.com/cc5xz2 . Could you try clearing your browser cache? Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Nagai,
I’d like you to know that you need a secure site(SSL) for geolocation(Near Me) to work in every browser. https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/ . Also, please refer to this thread as it covers this topic https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/permission-denied-in-finding-your-location-4/#post-225710 .
Hi Vegeta,
Do you mind sharing the URL of the site in question so that I could do some inspection and see if we could force the page to go full width or height using custom CSS? Also, you seem to have changed the login credentials, could you probably update that again?
Thanks!
Hi Nagai,
You’re Welcome. Let us know if you need anything else.
Hi Shari,
Could you try applying the custom CSS code below and see if it’s what you’re looking for? Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
@media screen and (max-width: 480px) { .listings-page .geodir_category_list_view li.gridview_onethird { width: 100%; } }
Thanks!
