It would be a great feature so that business owners wouldn’t have to request reviews to be posted in various places by clients which we know most wouldn’t do.
Is there a way to add these reviews on the backend?

Seems to have done so, see attached image please. I am attaching two shots so you can see the full message in the box from paypal.
This was an existing client that created her listing on the frontend and linked her payment to paypal.
The listing expired a few weeks ago and was downgraded to a free listing (basic).
The client now must have renewed her listing on the frontend because I received payment notification from paypal. however the listing was not changed from free basic listing to a premium listing by geodirectory and there was no invoice created upon payment.
In other words, I received a payment from paypal for her listing (which had to have been activated by her) however nothing happened on my website that should have.
Why am I suddenly unable to add a new topic?
I have a client who has renewed and paid her monthly subscription through paypal on a listing that was a premium listing which downgraded to a free minimal lisitng upon expiry obviously limiting the information on her listing page.
The payment notice arrived from Paypal 3 days ago however no invoice was generated from the Geodirectory invoicing plugin and the listing was not upgraded following payment.
I have now gone in and manually changed the listing from a free listing to a Premium listing however it hasn’t changed the alive days or the expiry date which should be 30 days from now?
I’ve just tried logging out of my frontpage from my wordpress admin user account and have logged in with another account i have for the frontpage and that works fine. That makes no sense as I’ve used my wordpress admin account before on the frontend to add listings.

While I am logged into the frontpage, I try and add an event. I pull the information from a facebook page, update the balance of the information not pulled though and click review. Page directs to preview and then I click publish. The page then just directs to my homepage withougtadding an event. There is no error message either and everything entered for the event to be listed is just lost.
When I try to load places or events from my add listing page on the frontend, I have to load the information 2 / 3 times and submit before it actually lists as a draft.
I have deleted the Mobile App Manager as per advise previously on this error but yet am still having issues submitting events. After reviewing the listing and clicking submit it just goes to my homepage without listing. After retrying it a few times then it lists and goes to draft (as it should).
If I preview and click “go back and edit”, I loose all the previously captured information.

With regards to going back, yes, it is when I click “go back and edit” that all information is lost.
Some of my listings are also have url’s being created with a 2 on the end due to this. I am trying to remove the 2 from mister vanger listing and it won’t do it.
