The patch seems to have done the trick! I assume this will be included in the next update? No further action needed? 🙂

Hey Kiran –The password I sent should be correct, if you can just shoot over the snippet I’m happy to patch it up on our end.

Hey Alex — That would be how I’d prefer it – yes – but that’s not how it’s working right now.

If you take a look at the Shop page on the archive it works correctly, “Add to Listing”:

    https://www.miltonscene.com/shop/

HOWEVER — If you click into the “Free Listing” and go to the single product page it shows “Add to Cart” and DOES go through the cart process:

    https://www.miltonscene.com/product/free-business-listing/

That’s what’s not working, I would like the single product page to work the same as the archive.

It oddly only seems to be this product as my “Premium Listing” doesn’t have the same issue:

    https://www.miltonscene.com/product/premium-business-listing/

    Thanks!

I’m not sure what happened before – however – the upgrade seems to be working correctly now with WooCommerce Subscriptions.

Please take a look here: https://www.miltonscene.com/shop

While the archive has the “Add Listing” button — the Single Product page does not for the “Free Listing” product only.

Thanks! Is there any documentation on how they connect, is it simply through the SKUs?

It does actually seem to work – though – oddly after running the restore the block disappears until you “update” the page and then it seems to come back just fine.

I’ll assume this is just a Gutenberg quirk. Thanks for the help!

The front end template itself is loading completely fine, I only see this issue in the backend when using the Gutenberg editor.

Everything worked fine for a good 2-3 months before this happened – so – I would ideally not rebuild the templates this late in the game.

There’s no way to resolve this otherwise?

I have! Sadly it doesn’t seem to do anything. Do you have any ideas? Oddly I just logged in one day and found it that way.

    Sure! Here’s an example….

    https://www.miltonscene.com/places/mel-o-drama/

It looks like there’s white space above & below the image. I just want the image to show at its native width/height or cap out at max-width: 100% if it’s too big.

    Does that make sense?

Yes I did see that before posting! The problem is that I’m not really sure how it applies to my specific situation. At the moment the site we’re building is completely new so there are no listings, reviews, or anything like that. We’re hoping to import about 400 listings from another system (100 of them have reviews).

When I look at that documentation it seems to be referring to items already having a comment_ID – which these wouldn’t. My hope is to just make one big CSV and import the listings as well as the reviews in a single shot.

Is that not doable? It’s unclear by the documentation.

Thank you so much for your help!

Sadly this didn’t work quite how we wanted. It appears that this just outputs a simple badge that says “Upgrade Now” but doesn’t actually do anything.

Since we’re looking to launch soon I went with the CSS route – which works fine for now – but I still do have one related issue.

Is there a link (or shortcode) that will let a user who’s on one package upgrade to another?

The use case here is that we offer free listings – however – on the free listings we want to have a little blurb that promotes upgrading to premium. Ideally the user would be able to click the “UPGRADE NOW!” button and it would start the process of upgrading their free listing into a premium listing.

    Does this exist?
