Yes, I do finish all required fields in both situations. These situations are happening as an Admin, on the backend of WP, not the front end.
So, the error or trouble occurs on the backend side. I just tried creating a new business listing in the the food and beverage. Once I input the address, that’s when the problem starts in the Publish Box. The grey circle appears with the white dot and the white dot keep going around in a circle like its trying to populate and the Publish button freezes. This only seems to happen after I input the address. I have tried this on both Firefox and Chrome and keep getting the same thing.
As for the other issue, it is also on the backend and when I try to edit a business (not the address). The publish button will not publish anything after I edit anything when I’m using Firefox. However, when I use Chrome there is not a problem (this is with editing, but I still have problems in Chrome when adding or changing an address as I mentioned above.
So, in summary here are the problem I’m experiencing with each browser:
Firefox: Publish button will not work (on the backend) when I try to add an address or simply edit any business info.
Chrome: Publish button will not work (on the backend), when I try to add an address only. Thanks,

The listing also completes to the final pay page. Thanks so much!
May 25, 2016 at 6:01 am in reply to: Coupons don't work, can't add coupons, can't add prices, PHP warnings #197646I’m needing some help again on the some of the same issues as before on this thread. A business tried inputting their listing on the site and after the “review your listing and submit” it takes me back to the homepage again and not PayPal. I went through all the links you provided in the earlier discussions on this thread but I can’t seem to figure this out. Please help!
April 8, 2016 at 9:10 pm in reply to: Coupons don't work, can't add coupons, can't add prices, PHP warnings #160422I was just now able to add a coupon. I didn’t actually clear the cache first, but I saw that someone had created two new coupons so I created a third, and no problems.
Thank you!

Still having a problem creating new coupons. See attached screenshot.

Dear Susan Langenes,
Payment has been successfully received. Your details are below

Those first two lines look frightening, or potentially frightening, to a prospective customer. Where and how can I make this look less scary? I can’t find any way to access the “PayPal address for this site”.
In addition to the scary “WARNING FRAUD DETECTED…”, the word “receiver” is misspelled as “reciver” and “paypal” is not properly capitalized. These are all red-flag items in my book that would freak me out as a customer. We need to change this.
April 6, 2016 at 9:21 pm in reply to: Coupons don't work, can't add coupons, can't add prices, PHP warnings #158997Ok, that was helpful, thank you.
I was able to update the location and price manager plugins via the method outlined in the link you supplied.
I am now able to add a paid listing, with photos, and the entire process works all the way through to PayPal. Thank you!
However, coupons still don’t work. If I try to use an existing coupon, it says it’s invalid (which does not seem to be the case). If I try to add a new coupon, it gives an alert instructing me to please select post type, when I have already selected a post type.
April 6, 2016 at 6:02 pm in reply to: Coupons don't work, can't add coupons, can't add prices, PHP warnings #158881Well, I turned on allow_url_fopen. That did seem to resolve the problem with the upload of images when creating new listings.
All other problems remain.
In addition, now the login links don’t work; I get redirected to home page when I try to access myfamilyguide.com/wp-admin or click on the /gd-login link in the footer. I have noticed some inconsistency with this; haven’t tested every possible angle yet.

I had 6 GD-related plugins with available updates, and the GD theme wanted an update as well. I had to manually update all of these. Even after reading through the thread in this forum about the changed to the updating process, I was not able to get the new update screen to appear, nor was I able to find any sort of “old” license key. AND, when I tried to enter my new license key (purchased yesterday), it would not save.
Ok, thank you for your reply.
I did not see a home page in the list of available pages either under Dashboard > Pages or in Settings > Reading in the dropdown select for setting the home page. That’s why I created one manually.
Unsetting the Posts Page actually fixed this. Weird I think; shouldn’t this conform to normal WordPress behavior?
Actually whether it’s normal or not, I’d like to understand how this is handled with regard to WP template hierarchy (or if there are overrides in GD for template usage). I assume the Blog Page Template is using something like page-blog.php rather than index.php, and whatever page is set to home in Settings > Reading is actually using index.php? Is that right? I want to understand so I can avoid screwing it up again.
Thank you!
