Yes it is a one time fee and we’ll also make this available for anyone else once developed.
Thanks
Hi brathwb,
thanks so much for reporting this with so many details. I’ve flagged this for the developers, who will fix it asap.
We’ll include the fix in the next release.
Thanks again,
Hi,
probably the files are not writable, please ask for support to your hosting provider for this, there is not much we can do.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m really sorry about the delay, the developer responsible for Whoop is in the Hospital since saturday taking care of a condition that could become serious if untreated. He should be out by wednesday.
I’ve asked to another developer to please take over and I hope he’ll be able to reply by tomorrow to your questions.
Thanks for your patience,
January 26, 2016 at 6:16 pm in reply to: how to get GEO Directory json data using WP REST API? #111866Through an external app no.
The only think you can do is extending the WP REST API creating all necessary end points using our functions. (which is what we in the process of doing).
However we are talking about a huge amount of work.
Thanks
Hi,
this is currently not possible. it would require a customization.
Thank you
Hi,
you could probably use the popular post view shortcode : https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#poppost
It should have all paramenters needed.
In that case it would randomly change after every page load.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks

most of this problem are probably related to the same problem
Let us know once you have moved from that server.
Thanks
Hi,
I see it correctly after logging in on desktop, but logged out I see the same widget.
When I log in the title of the page is correct as well.
This is due to the non compatible hosting plan chosen. GoDaddy WordPress managed plans have very aggressive caching that will cause this kind of problems.
Please move to a regular VPS or to a managed plan where cache can be disabled.
Pls see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/
Thanks
Hi,
you’ll need to download a FTP client to connect to your server. I use winscp, there are many others like filezilla and so on…
You’ll need to get FTP credentials from your hosting provider and connect to your server.
Download the latest version of whoop and unzip it on your desktop.
Via FTP replace the old GeoDirectory_whoop folder that you find in wp-content/themes with the new folder sitting on your desktop. It will ask if you want to overwrite all files. Click yes.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Nope, that wouldn’t be considered an upgrade.
Thanks
Hi,
your upgraded prices have the price at 0, like the free price. Please change that to 0.01 if you want to test it.
Once you add a price it will work.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe this is a glitch between the new and old licencing system. Whoop 1.0.4 is still using the old system, while all the update addons are already using the new one.
I belive the only way to fix this is to update Whoop via FTP. Once done the licence field for whoop will be under appearance >> theme licence.
Once you eneter the new licence for Whoop too all the products will be using the new system and the problem will be solved for good.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
