Hi,
normally the description appear right after the Facebook, twitter and G+ buttons.
It is not possible to make it appear above those buttons on mobile only without :
1 hiding all the buttons completely.
2 performing a major customization of the detail page template. However I think you enabled a sections that is normally disabled, if you provide admin credentials in a private reply we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
With that option disabled, the description will appear right below the social sharing button as intended.
Thanks

October 16, 2018 at 5:06 pm in reply to: SIV2 works different with different FB events types #4498921 I get: Sorry, this content isn’t available right now
The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you’re not in.That event cannot be imported because it is not public.
2 I asked to the developers to verify this and let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
yes, we’ll need to check your website to verify that. Please provide a link and admin credentials and we will have a look.
Let us know.
Thanks
GDV2 no longer replaces your theme templates, so the only way to do that is either via theme options or via css.
Thanks
We are not compatible with that plugin and it is not needed. You create the image field directly from our settings page using our fields.
Thanks
Archives are created automatically.
For example go here: http://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/
In the main menu switch location to New York, then browse the Hotels category.
Thanks
We have archives with SEO optimized URL for each category/location combo. Example:
Hotels in New York: https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/places/united-states/new-york/new-york/hotels/
For that page you can edit all meta tags (which you can’t on search pages) and also add a unique description for each location/category combo.
That’s how we do it.
Thanks
September 24, 2018 at 8:27 pm in reply to: Paolo Admit you people are unprofessional and without any ethics #447565p.s. without the location manager you cannot have that URL structure (you can try if you want), so your support request is for a premium plugin that you have to pay for.
Just FYI
September 24, 2018 at 7:53 pm in reply to: Paolo Admit you people are unprofessional and without any ethics #447561Hi again,
I don’t have to confront you on anything, we are not forced to provide support to non customers who treated us unfairly in the past.
Your last membership renewal was originally acquired on February 28, 2018. On June 16, 2018 you opened a dispute with your credit card company, claiming that the charge made to your credit card was unauthorized.
They took the money back from us and costed us $20 on top of it for the charge back. Meaning so far you have been a cost for us.
While you are still using all our premium plugins on several websites.
You already proved to be a difficult customer in several occasion. Here is one: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/google-amp-validation-issue/
You are a dishonest person and you have some guts coming here claiming that we don’t have ethics.
You are no longer welcome on this forum. I’m banning you directly and should you try to register with another user, we will ban you again.
Thank you,
Hi,
that’s how WordPress works, notifications are sent to the email address used when creating the website that can be found in Settings >> General of WordPress.
There are plugins to extend that such as this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/brozzme-multiple-admin-emails/
There are also other that I’ve heard about, however I’ve never tested any of them, so I can’t really recommend one. You’ll need to do some tests.
Another solution could be to create a filter in the main admin inbox to forward all emails coming from that domain to the other admins.
Thanks
Hi,
in GeoDirectory > Design > Karte > Inhaltstyp und Kategorie auf der Karte anzeigen oder verstecken, you had disabled everything.
Now if you want that the map shows something, you need to add a map icon to the place category.

September 24, 2018 at 5:11 pm in reply to: Cant add a new listing in the back end of wordpress #447548Hi,
that could be due to a conflict with another plugin, did you try to deactivate all non GD Plugins momentarily to see if that’s the case?
Also, a lot of your plugins are outdated, you should try to update everything to the last version and see if the problem persists. (you will need to renew your subscription in order to do that.)
Let us know,
Thanks
