Hi,
if I click on a category link of the Attraction CPT (Landmarks) and I didn’t share the location this is where I land:
http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/landmark/
If I’m geolocated:
If there are listing near me this is the page I’ll see 1st: http://wpgeo.directory/location/me/
It will show all listings around me in a radius defined by the admin. Once I click on any of the listings I set location.
If you click on any category link on that page though, you are taken back to the everywhere location view of that catgeory, because the location me is not a real location. It is a point where you are located.
The only way to see listings near you for a specific category is to use the search function with the near me activated.
Stiofan is currenly working on improving this.
We’ll keep you posted.
Thanks
I don’t think you can, let’s ask to Stiofan.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
I’m not sure what is your level of programming, but Stiofan yesterday passed me a function to unlink the listing title in the map bubble.
You can find it here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/map-bubble-without-hyperlink/#post-68000
Personally I wouldn’t be able to point you in the right direction to modify it for your needs.
But maybe you don’t need extra pointers?
Let us know,
Hi,
did you translate the listing success page in portoguese too?
Let us know,
Thx
Hi,
if you mean a list of all listings from all Custom Post Types, that is not possible.
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
that will be in GD >> Place Settings (or any other CPT) >> Advance Search, inside the search filter.
Let su know if you can find it now.
Thanks
Hi,
it is not, the system allows every listing, free or paid, to add at least 1 image.
This unless you edit the template to hide any image for free listing regardless, but that would require a code customization.
Thanks
and possibly using a tool like this: https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/
that doesn’t break your serialized options.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Thank you for spotting that, I’ve noted it for the devs! 🙂
January 13, 2016 at 5:01 pm in reply to: Navigation and other settings menu's not working correctly #68199Hi,
that is normally due to a conflict with another plugin. Have you tried disabling all non GD Plugins momentarely to see if the problem goes away?
In any case we’d need access to your dashboard to help more. Please provide a link and admin credentials and we will check.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
please try this. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/help-i-get-a-php-warning-on-my-pages/
Thanks
Hi,
there isn’t. You’ll need to do that with css after hiding all default items from the right sidebar.
Thanks
Hi,
no need to be sorry 🙂 You can only create 1 event post type. The Custom Post Type add-on only makes it possible to create listings, not events.
Thanks
Hi,
yes i could login, your theme is not updated.
Current version is 1.0.4. In addition if you update manually, make sure to remove the template geodirectory/listing-filter-form.php from the theme.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
