You are welcome : 🙂
Hi,
I’m sorry and i don’t know how I got that confused, but this can be done from GeoDirectory >> Design >> Listing, by disabling the right sidebar and making the content section 100% in width.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe it is a problem in the events widget. It showing the last of the recurring events, instead of the 1st.
All occurances of the event have been created: http://dharmahelp.com/events/events-1/?etype=upcoming
I’ve asked to the developers to have a look.
Thanks
December 15, 2015 at 9:48 pm in reply to: change "Listing Title" in form listing frontend, according to CPT ? #63964Hi,
1) it is not possible with current options, you’ll need to use generic labels.
2) This isn’t possible too.
Both things would require a customization.
I’m sorry,
Thanks
Hi,
we need you to disable and delete w3 total cache (make sure all its file/folders are deleted from wp-content too), it is not compatible with GD and it doesn’t let us inspect css correctly (it is all minified).
Thanks
Hi,
I’m sorry about that… If you provide URL and admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read them), I’ll ask to the Giri to have a look directly in your install and tell us why the function works in the parent theme and not in the child theme.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I just tested it here adding a text widget in the right sidebar down at the bottom, only if the listing has a tag skyscraper:
Yes: http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/united-states/illinois/chicago/landmark/john-hancock-center/
No: http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/united-states/illinois/chicago/landmark/crown-fountain/
The logic is:
has_term ( 'skyscraper', 'gd_place_tags' )Change skyscraper to beach and gd_place_tags to whatever CPT you are using, if it ins’t places.
Let me know if this helped.
Thanks
Hi,
you have updated the core plugin, but haven’t updated all the add-ons yet.
Please update all plugins. I believe that will fix the problem. In case it doesn’t let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
all your GeoDirectory plugins (and seevral others) are outdated.
Please update them and let us know,
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
we really need to check your website to be able to tell what’s wrong, images can’t be inspected.
Thanks
Hi,
did you set any advance search filters for any of your CPT? Example: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/advanced-search-filters-addon-search-by-distance/
The advance search button will appear only if there are filters.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
please provide all credentials (wp admin and FTP) and we will have a look.
If I do the same tests on our demos, I get opposite results.
Thanks
December 15, 2015 at 7:06 pm in reply to: How can a user upgrade/downgrade/cancel/delete his listings in frontend? #63935There should be an upgrade (downgrade doesn’t exist on GD), do you have other prices with that are enabled for upgrade?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I’m really sorry for the dealy, I missed your reply back then.
This looks like a server (security) restriction?
The login page works fine: http://massage.london/gd-login/
Only if we add a redirect variable the server refuses to serve it:
http://massage.london/gd-login/?redirect_add_listing=http%3A%2F%2Fmassage.london%2Fadd-listing%2F
There isn’t really much we can do. You should ask for support to your hosting provider.
Thanks and sorry again for keeping you waiting so long for a reply… 🙂
