Hi,

GeoDirectory cannot determine users location unless they shared it. This is part of Google GeoLocation service TOS.

Only if you share your location or you have entered a location in the near field, the listing can be sorted by distance. Otherwise what could it take as reference to calculate the distance?

you could do that by creating a specific price for each category too. (and only enable the corresponding category for each of the price)

Custom fields can be limited to specific prices too.

1) You can show/hide custom fields in listings page via option, I think you figured that out.

2) It seems like you figured this out too

3) The theme is adding css that is moving the form rows 15px left with a negative margin.

Please add this to your custom css:

#simplemodal-container .row {margin-left: 0;}

The scroll bar is supposed to be there.

Hi again,

you will need to enalbe linking business to events in 1 (or more) event price. (options are at the bottom of the settings page).

Once enabled, if you add an event from the front end, selecting a price that includes this option, you will see a new select field named “Link Business” at the top of the add listing form.

Users will be able to select only business that they submitted from that option.

You can laso link events to business from the back end form.

at the moment you can only include that in the final price. GD currently doesn’t provide option for extra calculated taxes.
