Hi,
did you add your username and licence key in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates as per documentation?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I’m sorry, I was not aware of that page at all…
You can add a link via Appearance >> Menus and use a custom link directly pointing to that URL.
The css to hide the Time in widgets is:
.geodir-content p.geodir-event-meta:nth-child(3) { display: none; }Let us know if that helped.
Thanks

Hi Dylan,
this is strange and I can’t recreate it in any of our demos.
If you provide a URL and admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read them) we will have a look directly at your website.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
permalinks must be /%postname%/.
However I don’t think your problem is realted to permalinks.
I think you need simply clear your browser Geo location settings: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-can-i-clear-geo-location-settings/

Hi,
I can’t reporduce this on our demos, so it could be a 3rd plugin conflict.
I also see another error: You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

Hi,
In the other member’s case it was a plugin creating a conflict. Have you tried disabling all your non GD plugins to see if one is interfering?
Reactivating one by one should allow to spot the culprit (in case that was the problem)
If you don’t have luck with that, please provide a URL and admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.
Thanks
Ops, thanks for spotting that, I’ve corrected it.
Thanks
Hi,
Tags are taxonomy elements used as short keywords.
They are one of the elements searched by the search form along with title, categories and content.
They allow to browse all listings by a specific tag (just like categories).
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks
Hi,
make sure to update all plugins, both core and all add-ons (that will solve the payment manager problem).
What is not working of the buddypress integration? DO you have buddyrpess installed?
Let us know,
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi Claudia,
it is really not possible to have both the location, category and sub-category in the URL.
It would require a major customization of the plugin.
Thank you
Hi,
That is correct all GD products work on multisite only if activated on each individual website. Not network activated.
Thank you and sorry if that wasn’t clear…
Stiofan’s thoughts:
yeah i need to spend a day on it and see it we can do it that way
Knowing him, if he’ll spend that much on it, he’ll end up wanting to finish it…
Just FYI
I think the main problem with this is making it look and sound correct in english while keeping it translatable.
In my opinion the ideal solution would be to provide a set of tags (%cpt%, %category%, %location%) and that title’s pages can be composed by site admin, to remove all possible language barriers.
However I have no idea how feasible that could be. I’m asking to Stiofan to share his thoughts as finally the last call will be his…
🙂
