HI Carin,

with the Multi Ratings add-on you need to create the ratings.

Go to the Create Ratings tabs and set up at least 1 rating criteria for your places and it will work.

If you have further problems, please provide a admin credentials and we will follow up.

p.s. the system was flagging all your topics as spam. When you see that happening, please avoid opening more multiple topics (they’ll all go to spam most likely).

If they are not really spam, we’ll catch them, un-spam them and answer asap.
