How many cities to you have for AB? If they are not too many, create the city with the correct region Alberta, than merge them with the location with region AB.
If you have too many cities to do this quickly, the best way is to manually change the DB.

I confirm what Guust said. The accounts are not resyncing automatically after you buy new add-ons. You simply need to re-sync.

The easiest solution for this would be to set a default location different from than the everywhere location, to avoid loading that many markers on 1st load before users are geolocated.

We can’t really give this kind of assistance, you are supposed to be at least familiar with the WordPress environment.
If you can’t handle zip files on your computer I would strongly advise to hire someone to create what you have in mind, or the learning curve could be very very long.
