Hi David,
apparently Google Maps isn’t sending the data as expected for any of the islands.
To test I just enabled Multi Countries (you had default country enabled) and dragging the marker on any of the islands is returning Aruba as country for Aruba. No Country for Curacao and no country for Bonaire. Also for Sint Maarten it doesn’t return a country name.
We will need to fine tune this to group all the islands under the same country. We had a similar problem with some Asian regions. Nothing it can’t be fixed, only you are the first probably doing a directory with GeoDirectory in that area…
I’ve flagged this for Stiofan, who will fix it asap and let you know.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
please suggest your features requests here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
If many other members vote for it, we will definitely consider it.
Thanks
p.s. gd allows to set a general no image picture for all listings and also one for each category if you need it.

Hi,
I’ve been using that website since 2011.
Please go here: http://www.findlatitudeandlongitude.com/batch-geocode/#.Vc5cFPn8mSo
1) Input one address per line in the input field (copying from a CSV file it will get them correctly)
2) Click the Geocode button
3) Copy the list that appeared in the outup field with all the lat and long coordinates and paste it directly into your csv file.
The CSV import has been built to allow members to import thousands of records, we must keep it as fast as possible.
Especially because there are other services providing this kind of data.
Thank you
Hi,
I have no idea how that plugin works.
It is my understanding that we add the re-CAPTCHA to blog posts too and in case I’m wrong, you could always add another re-CAPTCHA plugin using the same API Keys.
Just FYI, with the new re-CAPTCHA API, there is nothing to resolve. You are just asked to click on a checkbox…
See iamge attached.
Hi,
we finally decided to exclude Thesis and include other themes, such as Divi, Jupiter and MultiNews.
Thesis isn’t a good fit for GeoDirectory. I think only his developer could make it compatible with GeoDirectory.
If you prefer a framework, I’d strongly suggest Genesis instead.
Thanks
The plugin WP-SpamShield was breaking registration. I disabled it and suggest to use our re-CAPTCHA add-on.
Thank you
Did you disable the options in the basic listing price?
By default everything is enabled in the default prices.
Thank you
Hi,
making the plugin search lat and long for each listing during a bulk upload would make the import incredibly slower.
Both wesbite listed in the Import/Export documentation will help you retrieve bulk lat and long coordinates from a list of addresses. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#resources
Thank you
August 14, 2015 at 7:53 pm in reply to: Exclude categories are not all saved – saving limitation? #49432You probably reached a database limit, which could be very different depending the server setup.
I’ll ask to Stiofan if this is a limit that can be raised somehow or not.
We’ll keep you posted.
Thanks
