Hi,
the map where blocked by a JS error caused by GD Booster. We need to find the script that is causing this and exclude it from the concatenation list of GDB. Only Stiofan can help us with this and I’ve already alerted him.
The theme compatibility part should be mostly fixed. You can check what I did in GeoDirectory >> Theme Comaptibility.
Let us know if you find any other glitch and we will assist.
Stiofan we’ll let you know when he fixed the GD Booster problem. FOr the moment it is disabled.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m not 100% sure this is the problem but you are using GD code 1.4.9 (1 version behind) and advance search filter 1.1.4 (11 versions behind).
If you decide stop updating the add-ons you must also stop updating the core plugin. To be 100% sure to avoid any other confilict you shouldn’t update wordpress or any other plugin too.
To make an anology, it’s like trying to install Excel for Windows XP on Windows 10. It will not work.
I’d suggest to update both the core plugin and all add-ons to the latest version released.
Thanks
p.s. As an expired member you have right to support for websites using the core plugin only.
I knew I was missing something on this one…
thanks Guust! 🙂
That is not correct.
GeoDirectory >> Prices and Payments >> Notifications >> Post Upgrade Success to Client Email
and Post upgrade success to admin emailThank you
Downloaded and sent to Stiofan directly.
Thank you
I configured it today on another customer’s website and it worked fine.
Do you have the latest version of everything?
Please provide a link and admin credentials if you want us to have a look directly.
Thanks
August 12, 2015 at 8:58 pm in reply to: Add Listing using price plan limiting categories. Child categories not limited #49147As far as I remember, each category is counted, parent or child.
If you set a limit of 3 categories, users will be able to select 1 parent and 2 childs or 2 parents and 1 child or 3 parents.
I’ll let Stiofan confirm or correct my assumption.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
That place is showing connected to correct tags now and no listing actually belongs to any of those numbered tags.
I tried to create a new tag call New and it was added correctly.
How were those tags created?
The front end or back end form?
Let us know,
Thanks
August 12, 2015 at 8:08 pm in reply to: Customize My Search Button not Displaying on Home Page #49143Hi Dylan,
CPT = custom post type (like places or events or any custom created by you).
They appear in the 1st select field of the advance search form.
For each CPT You can create custom fields and use them as custom search filters. The customize my search button appear only if there are custom fields used as filter for the CPT selected.
Let us know if this helps,
Thanks
no problem, you are welcome 🙂
Try this, paste a copy of any po file you have in a test folder of your desktop, make sure that’s the only file you have in the folder.
Open the file with po edit, make a simply dummy change and save it. (just click the save button).
If now you open the test folder, you should see the mo file in there as well.
Obivously if you already have the mo file in the same location as the po file, it just overwrites it.
This is how poedit works. I never used any pro version of it.
Let us know,
Thanks
What Guust explained is correct, however I’ll ask to the devlopers if this is an easy thing to achieve. I see your point and if the location filter is unselected, the view all link should be location free too. It makes sense.
I’ll keep you posted.
Thanks
You are welcome, just FYI, when you save the po file it always autogenerates the mo file as well.
Thanks
Everything can be done, but it requires extra work and custom code. That is not part of support.
If you want I can move this in the jobs forum. There could be someone interested in getting this job done for you.
Let us know,
Thanks
all correct but point 6.
You need to upload the mo file that is generated when saving the po file.
Thanks
