Hi,
yes this seems to be a bug I can easily re-create in any of our test websites.
I’ve added it as a task for developer to fix ASAP. We will report as soon as done.
Thanks for spotting it!
Cheers,
Thank you! 🙂
Hi,
for the image make sure to set your wordpress media settings to order uploaded media using year/month folder structure.
For the video, when I’m logged in as admin I see the video correctly and there are no share icons, while whenI’m logged out I see that something adds a style=”height:56px;” to the iframe html and the share icons below it. I’d assume the issues are related. Can you please try removing the plugin adding those share icons and see if it is the culprit?
Thanks
PLease go to GD Tools and run the “Clear all GD Version numbers” script. That will run the upgrade script again and automatically pick up the theme used.
Let me know,
Thanks
You should use custom fields instead of tags, if you want to use them as search filters.
Thanks

Hi Lucy,
the mods where actually saved in your database, in GD >> theme compatibility the custom theme mods where not selected. We selected the right one again and saved and everything is back to normal.
Thank you
1 that is not an available option

Hi, please provide ftp and phpmyadmin/cpanel credentials and we’ll have a look, to revert back to 1.1.6 you will need to upload it via FTP.
Thanks
Yes, you can make the colored shape the same color as the background of your choice and upload your new default image in GD > design > detail > Upload default rating star icon.
Or if using the Multirating addon you can create ratings with new styles.
Let us know,
Thanks
