there is only one way to do that according to WPML documentation and it is to duplicate the untranslated posts as explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-using-content-duplication/
Just FYI, even if you are using WPML to translate a GeoDirectory based website, we don’t provide support for WPML on behalf of their support team.
Please submit any question about any 3rd party plugins in the appropriate forum.

1) the listing map will show what the list below is showing. If you set pagination at 10 per page, the map will show 10 too. Change map to the home page map in listings page too, if you want to show everything… However it is not design to work that way.
2.) I changed the sorting to random. WHere did you change it? Please provide wp admin credentials and I will fix that for you.

it doesn’t exist a framework addon. The only GD product with framework in the name is a theme and should be installed as one.
In any case, if you try to upload a file that is larger than what you have set as upload_max_filesize directive in your server php.ini, you should change it, in order to be able to upload larger files.
If you don’t know how to do that, you can ask for support to your server admin. That’s part of their responsabilities.

You will find plenty of example in the forum searching for something like remove_action (almost every customization start with that).
